Life Coaching Sometime clients problems don’t warrant a diagnosis and they have no desire to utilize insurance for privacy reasons. Life Coaching can be done in person on by telephone/web.
With traffic and hectic work schedules, sometimes getting to a counseling office seems to more a burden adding to additional life stress. For high functioning, productive, clients who wish to personally pay for their support to create change in their lives, the telephone and email often make more sense.
Michelle Nietert has been trained through numerous seminars, books, teleclasses, and her own private coaches in the art of making the phone and internet both personal and productive for clients. Previous clients include people wanting to work on relationships, business managers or owners/entrepreneurs wanting to broaden their influence and productivity, mom who work in the home who need extra support and encouragement, and individuals wanting to work on specific personal behavioral life changes in areas such as personal priorities, organization and project management skills, goal completion/productivity, stress management, weight management/personal health and team building/management.
Packages can be individually designed but often are based on a monthly fee as such $200 for a package of four 25 minute sessions per month that occur weekly. Brief email follow ups/ reminders are also included. At times, companies will reimburse or pay for an employee’s coaching as part of their ongoing training. MasterCard, Visa, and Discover are accepted for coaching clients and telephone counseling.
